Senior Citizen Programs

The senior program offers a place for community members to meet and mingle while participating in various activities and outings. Program is twice a week and lunch is usually provided. The program is a great place to stay up to date with resources available for seniors.

Youth Employment Program

Youth Employment Program offers job readiness skills, job search techniques, case management and paid work experience for out of school youth ages 16 - 24 and current seniors in high school. Services are available to youth throughout Yolo County who meet certain eligibility requirements. RISE, Inc. offers various bilingual mental health services for community members of all ages who reside in the Winters, Esparto and Capay Valley regions. Such services include individual counseling, group work, mentoring and case management. Furthermore, RISE, Inc. partners with outside agencies, such as Yolo Family Service Agency and Yolo County HHSA for referrals as needed. RISE, Inc. also offers various programs geared toward youth mental wellness.

Resources and Referrals

Our bilingual Resource and Referral Specialist are available to assist clients with a range of needs. Assistance with filling out forms, submitting applications and Spanish/English translations are available. Clients can receive assistance with housing expenses, applying for unemployment, CalFresh enrollment, MediCal assistance, employment services, tax preparation, and other social services. Free copies, faxes and use of community computers is also available.

Once a month Legal Services of Northern California comes out to our office to provide assistance in contacting the right source for almost any legal situation.
